Nathan R. Hibschman

Nathan R. Hibschman, known as “Nate,” is the founder and CEO of AVTech, a premier provider of IT, networking, and audiovisual solutions for both residential and business clients. With a passion for excellence and innovation, Nate’s career spans multiple industries, from finance to healthcare, showcasing his adaptability and drive.

After graduating at the top of his class from Galien Jr./Sr. High School, Nate began his professional journey at CitiFinancial. He quickly ascended through the ranks, playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing card processing systems used worldwide. His deep technical expertise and leadership were critical during this time.

In the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, Nate transitioned to Information Technology and healthcare, joining South Bend Orthopedics, a leading provider of care for the University of Notre Dame. It was here that Nate recognized the need for a specialized IT company that could integrate cutting-edge audiovisual technologies. This realization led to the creation of AVTech, which has since become a trusted name in providing tailored IT and networking solutions.

Nate’s success with AVTech is a testament to his unyielding dedication to “doing it better than everyone else,” as well as his ability to build a company grounded in superior technical expertise and exceptional service. Today, AVTech stands out as the go-to provider for residential and business technology needs.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nate enjoys working on cars, powersports, skiing, hunting, movies, and exploring the worlds of Legos and Marvel. He credits his wife, Sarah, for her unwavering support and partnership, recognizing that none of his achievements would be possible without her.
