Jonah Amos

Jonah Amos is a technician at AVTech Specialist, Inc. with 1 year of experience in the AV/tech industry. His main responsibilities include assisting the team in any way possible to ensure projects are completed smoothly. Although Jonah does not have a formal background in AV technology, he takes pride in making customers happy and enjoys seeing them satisfied with the final product. His personal approach to customer service is centered on the belief that the customer is always right. Outside of work, Jonah enjoys fishing. His favorite tech equipment to work with is Sonos, as he loves seeing customers’ reactions when they experience high-quality sound. He is inspired by the motto, “There’s always room for improvement.”
